We want you to love your new wig, hair piece, or clothing, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or an exchange. Wig Returns: Within 30 days of original ship date, pristine items may be returned for a refund, minus shipping and processing fees. Within 31-60 days of original ship date, pristine items may be returned for a refund, minus a $19 restocking fee (per item) and shipping and processing fees.

Clothing Returns: Within 30 days of original ship date, pristine clothing must returned for refund, excluding shipping and processing fees.

Wig Exchanges: Within 60 days of original ship date, pristine items may be exchanged and are shipped free of charge, excluding rush service charges.

Clothing Exchanges: Within 45 days of original ship date, pristine clothing may be exchanged and will be shipped free of charge, excluding rush service charges.
