Wig Returns:
• Within 30 days of original ship date: Pristine items may be returned for a refund, minus shipping and processing fees.
• Within 31–60 days: Pristine items may be returned for a refund, minus a $19 restocking fee (per item) and shipping and processing fees.

Clothing Returns:
• Within 30 days of original ship date: Pristine clothing may be returned for refund, excluding shipping and processing fees.

Wig Exchanges:
• Within 60 days of original ship date: Pristine items may be exchanged and are shipped free of charge, excluding rush service charges.

Clothing Exchanges:
• Within 45 days of original ship date: Pristine clothing may be exchanged and will be shipped free of charge, excluding rush service charges.
