This ruffled royal blue dress is absolutely gorgeous. The dress modeled cannot fully display its true pulchritude.

The dress has a full swing skirt with a 4-6 inch starched band at the hemline, which accentuates the dress tastefully. The stand-up collar gives the dress a grandiloquent appeal.

I regret not shopping earlier, so I could have purchased both the pink and white dresses.
