Our return shipping carrier is no longer offering the "Smart Label Return" option. Until further notice, please use your local Post Office, FedEx, or UPS to ship your returns.

General Return Guidelines

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange unworn, unaltered items with tags attached (including unopened wet products), per the following guidelines.

Wig Exchanges & Returns

  • Return or exchange within 30 days of ship date.
  • Exchanges: Free shipping (excluding rush service).
  • Returns: Refund issued minus shipping & processing fees.

Apparel Exchanges & Returns

  • Return or exchange within 30 days of ship date.
  • Exchanges: Free shipping (excluding rush service).
  • Returns: Full refund excluding shipping/processing fees.

Restrictions

  • All items are inspected.
  • Returns must include original packaging (hair nets, tags, inserts).
  • Discounted/special offer items will have refunds adjusted accordingly.
  • The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Wig liners
    • Foam heads
    • Color rings
  • Clearance Items: May be exchanged only within 30 days (with hangtags).
  • Items returned after the allowed period will not be processed.
  • Customers who refuse delivery will incur a $19 restocking fee.

Processing Times:
Refunds/exchanges: 3–7 business days
Check refunds: Up to 21 days
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Keep all shipping receipts and tracking information.

"Select Brand" Items

  • Return or exchange within 21 days of ship date.
  • Exchanges: Free shipping (excluding rush service).
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us via phone or email.
  • Failure to notify us before shipping may result in a 20% restocking fee.

Restrictions:
All Select Brand returns are inspected.
Must be in pristine condition with original packaging.

Clearance Select Brand items:
Can be exchanged or credited within 21 days.
After 21 days: 20% restocking fee applies.
Merchandise credits are redeemable by phone only at 1-800-748-6910.

International Orders

Final Sale. No exchanges or returns.
Any returned international items will not be processed.
