General Return Guidelines
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange unworn, unaltered items with tags attached (including unopened wet products) per the following guidelines.
Return Label & Restocking Fees
Customers will have two options to return their item(s):
- Select Create prepaid label - $12.00 will be deducted from the refund once processed. Do not pay the carrier upfront.
- Select No Shipping Required - you can pay the carrier of your choice upfront to return the item(s).
- All returned orders except Web Exclusives (see web exclusives) will incur a 5% restocking fee per item if returned 0–20 days from the ship date.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for all returns received 21–30 days from the ship date.
- Items returned after 30 days will not be processed.
Wig & Apparel Returns
- Return or exchange within 30 days of ship date.
- Exchange: Contact Customer Service
- Return: Refund issued minus original shipping and processing fees.
Web Exclusive Items
- Return or exchange within 21 days of ship date.
- Return: All returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Exchange: Restocking fee waived when an exchange order is placed. To request a return or exchange, please contact us via phone or email.
- All items must be in pristine condition with original packaging.
Restrictions
- All items are inspected. Returns must include original packaging (hair nets, tags, inserts).
- Discounted or special offer items will have refunds adjusted accordingly.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wig liners
- Foam heads
- Fragrances – Non-refundable unless damaged upon receipt
- Customers who refuse delivery will incur a $19 restocking fee.
Processing Times
- Refunds/exchanges processed in 3–7 business days
- Check refunds may take up to 21 days
- Refunds issued to the original form of payment
- Keep all shipping receipts and tracking information for reference.
