Shopping experience with EY is always pleasant. The delivery of my merchandise is not so pleasant, boxes are always busted open or severely damaged when I receive them. Makes me dispare when I have to purchase hats or purses and receive them through EY's delivery service.. sometimes merchandise is damaged. I really wish you would fix this problem.
