Excellent, responsive customer service. I once ordered the wrong size. Mentioned in my return request the size I should have ordered. I returned my item and before I knew it, I received an email that the size I needed was on the way! Along with a small refund because the item had gone on sale! I thought i would have to go thru the process of reordering, but I think it was the same day that I dropped off the item, when I was notified! Great service.
